1966-1972 – the institution received the name ‘Industrial Highschool Energetic Constanta’ LIE – principal-engineer Garabet Kumbetlian;
1972 – receives the direct support of the Politechnical Institute Bucharest and until 1976 it was known as Electrotechnical Industrial Highschool – principal-engineer Eugen Moga;
1976-1982 – it was called Industrial Highschool no.2 – principal-engineer Laurentia Crangu, 1982-1986, assistant principal – prof. Constantin Tagarta, 1982-1986;
1986-1990 – the highschool is under the management of Constantin Tagarta – principal and prof. Mihai Rosca – assistant principal;
1990-2004 – the institution is called Industrial School Group Energetic Constanta – principals – 1990-1998-engineer Eugen Moga, 1999-2003-engineer Laurentia Crangu, 2003-2004-engineer Boris Todosiciuc, prof. Adriana Bulearca-assistant principal;
2004 – the institution becomes Technical Energetic College Constanta;
2004-2010 – the College is under the management of principal prof. engineer Camelia Grigoreanu and assistant principal-prof. Adriana Bulearca.
